The cuticular layer is made of aging resistant and UV radiation resistant PVC material of polyvinyl chloride, and the inner core is made of high-strength industrial polyester filament yarn(PFY). The PFYs are drawn, cooled off and formed into composite yarns with a smooth, waterproof, oilproof, nontoxic and cool surface. The warp beam is enwound with warp yarns by an intelligent warping machine and then woven into a net on a flexible rapier loom without sizing. At last, the final fabrics will be produced after shaping.

Its surface of PVC vinyl coating is featured aging resistance, weather resistance, flame retardancy, moisture resistance, antistatic, and not easy to deformation.
